Responsible for maintaining the availability of the Network, its various elements and services riding on the network. Incumbent would be working in shift handling various network incidents, mitigating and restoring the same. Incumbent would work for supporting various IP, VPN and other MPLS enabled services Customer issues identified to be related to the network fault.

As a member of Service Assurance resolution of faults at lightening speeds and steering network away from faults would be the prime focus.

Troubleshooting of Routing & Switching issues of IP Network.

Preparing RFO/RCA related to IP.

Troubleshooting of IP related issues other than above mentioned issues.

Work Experience Requirements

5 -8  years in Service Provider Network Operations

 

Education & Technical / Professional Certificates

Graduate Engineer (Electronics , Electronics & Telecom, Computers) with 5+ ys of Exp

CCNA ( Mandatory), CCNP/CCIP (preferred)

Understanding of rate shaping, server load balancing and layer 3 resilience mechanisms (VRRP, HSRP, ESRP)

Functional

Good understanding of ISP Operations and Routing, Internet BGP Architecture, MPLS VPNs in a service provider environment.

Experience in the NOC of an Internet Service Provider is desired.

QA Engineer ,Exp.in Linux/SQL & white box testing is mandatory .

Position: QA Engineer

Overview:

The QA Developer will be part of the Release Engineering team in Chennai and will be responsible for developing and establishing quality assurance standards and measures for the information technology services within the organization. This role requires a good understanding of the white box and black box testing to derive and execute the corner test cases and to read and understand the code. This will include writing test plans and writing scripts for automating few cases.

The QADeveloper will need strong analytical skills to understand the business to do careful testing since the business involves very sensitive data.
