ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
Deliver high quality and effective training. Be able to manage all the technical and product/service related training requirements and programs in the organization. Understand all the technologies required by our client and cascade them effectively to the team. Identifies and implement competency models, recommend and deliver integrated learning and development tools and programs. Proactively explore the technical training needs of the department and develop training material as need arises. Consult the respective TL to identify the learning requirements so as to generate the appropriate course content, training methodologies, and training materials. Maintain relevant training documents and training materials for all levels of training. Develop and administer tools to measure effectiveness of training programs and participate in quality assurance audits to ensure that documentation and training tools are accurate and understandable from a users standpoint. DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE 2+ years of Work Experience in webhosting support and server technologies for Linux, Windows, VPS and Exchange servers. Ability to learn new technologies in the industry and cascade them effectively to the team. Learn about client products and services and impart them effectively to the teams. Exceptionally good communication skills. Should be able to interact with international clients. Preparing and documenting training materials, syllabus and arranging training sessions. Notable Experience in customer centric soft skills and helpdesk handling, and competence to impart training on customer centric skills, helpdesk and chat etiquettes. Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills. Highly motivated self-starter with the commitment to see projects to completion. Certifications like RHCE/Microsoft Certifications/Parallels Certifications would be an added advantage. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent qualification required
WINDOWS SPECIALIST ————————————————————– Experience: 1+ Years Location : Cochin Role: Windows Specialist Functional Area : System Administrator, Server Security, Technical Help Desk Support. DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE Candidate should have more than 1+ yrs of experience in managing Windows Server 2003, 2008. Adequate knowledge in Windows Web Servers including IIS 7.0 Configuration. Expert level knowledge in troubleshooting Server performance, DNS, FTP. Candidate Should have experience in Webhosting, must have administered and managed multiple domain environment Basic knowledge of MSSQL, Sharepoint and Exchange server will be an added advantage. MCITP preferable. JOB DESCRIPTION Providing technical support to international web hosting clients and undertaking system admin work in Windows. Shift work is required.
