Qualification : MBA
Experience : 7-10yrs , Must have good experience in Food & Beverage
1. Forecast and achieve the budgeted volume and market share for the given area.
2. Execute local level marketing activities and schemes, monitor competitor activities, key accounts, market trends, opportunities and future prospects and build strategies accordingly in consultation with the Regional Sales Head.
3. Ensure adherence to sales processes including Sales reporting, Target achievement reports for incentive payouts, timely submission of expense accounts, settlement of schemes, etc.
4. Act as an interface with C/F, Wholesalers and the Company and provide excellent service to them. Ensure brand / pack sales & availability by outlet in respective markets
5. Optimize distributor resource, resolve issues and claim settlements. Ensure customer complaints are addressed within specified time frames as per set procedure.
