Overall Job Purpose:

  1. To assist in developing a lending strategy for the business development of the Bank.
  2. Responsible for driving the business strategy
  3. Responsible for relationship management with the bank’s borrowing client base

Key responsibilities:

  1. Maintain existing client relationships and ensuring that clients are fully serviced.

We are currently looking for Medical Consultants to be engaged in large scale field based Clinical Anthropometric and Biometric (CAB) tests to be carried out in few states in India. The main responsibility of the medical consultants will be to ensure quality of the tests being carried out by field teams as part of CAB survey. The work entails extensive travelling in villages and towns (sample units) of the state.

 

Position: Medical Consultant

Essential Qualifications: MBBS with at least 2 years of experience. Recent graduates, private practitioners and retired doctors (<65 yrs) will be preferred.

Job Description:

  • Quality Assurance: The Medical Consultant will ensure smooth operation of the tests being carried out at the field level in 4 districts of a state. This will be done by accompanying the field survey teams.
  • The Medical Consultant will also carry out 10% tests for all household members (as part of back checks) and inspect 20% of the cases in each sample unit.
  • The Medical Consultant will also monitor the work of field teams and give the necessary feedback.
  • He/she will send weekly quality check reports.

 

Other Details:

  • Medical consultants will attend 3 days training at Delhi and undergo an evaluation process at NIHFW, Delhi. All the medical consultants having passed the evaluation will be given proficiency certificate by NIHFW.
  • An involvement of about 15-20 days/month is required as part of the job.
  • Government doctors will be considered only on submission of no objection certificate from the required authorities.

 

Remuneration: Rs 30000 to 35000 per month, based on experience

Other entitlements include lodging/boarding allowances which will be reimbursed on the basis of actual (Upper Limit is Rs1500 per day).

Travel Entitlement: Train II AC / AC bus / AC cab (if not accessible by train and with prior approval)

Accommodation & Food:  1500/day (in case of overnight stay)
