Oracle CRM FUSION Developer


Location:Coimbatore/Bangalore, India
Role Purpose
Responsible for driving the customization and integration of Oracle Fusion cloud-based CRM platform upgrade with existing ERP and other information systems within the organization, to achieve greater synergies, higher performance and simplification wins
Be the expert in Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud and Oracle Social Network within the client
Leverage this knowledge for similar customization and integration for external clients, as required

Impact on the Business
Understand the key components of Oracle Fusion CRM and its interaction with existing information sources and databases, both internal and external to the company; ensure alignment of the same
Assist in the development of a detailed project plan for this implementation
Simplify integration, so as to have one-source of truth for key metrics
Deliver customization and integration milestones as per plan
Document existing and proposed workflows to give a clear and correct view of the same, with a view to making processes simpler and eliminating overlaps
Develop detailed requirements documentation for the technical team to then build the customized application for a particular group
Assist in pre-upgrade data cleansing requirements as guided by management and suggest most efficient ways to do the same
Maintain risk and issues log and address each element of the same to the satisfaction of the management
Impact on Stakeholders
Engage key stakeholders within the business and conduct regular meetings with them to constantly refine the requirements
Data management and report creation/writing, by constantly liaising with business users and addressing their reporting needs
Evolve quickly into the single point of contact for any trouble-shooting requirements on an ongoing basis
Train end-users to use the fully integrated solution to their maximum advantage
Regular interaction with client management team, based in London, England and Taylor MI, USA, to ensure addressing of needs and issues
Apply industry best practices to current operations in order to ensure organizational and external client satisfaction.

Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications


24+ months proficient experience of Oracle CRM implementation
Good knowledge of Oracle Fusion CRM a must with an excellent hands-on ability to configure as required
Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud and Oracle Social Network experience
Business analysis skills, proficient enough to support a complex CRM system
Outstanding communication skills, strong enough to conduct effective presentations and training to non-technical people in simple and straight language
Natural organizational skills, demonstrable from previous experience
SLA development, monitoring and management
Consultative and client centric approach, supported by strong data-centric problem solving skills
Significant experience in multi-tasking and prioritization management.
