Position Overview

 

As the next CLIENTS Customer Support Engineer, you will be the first point of escalation for unresolved issues arising from customers, partners, and sales. CLIENTS Doha Customer Support Engineers ensure all escalations are resolved on-time and within Service Level Agreement constraints. CLIENTS Customer Support Engineers are the subject matter expert (SME) on all of CLIENTS Doha products and services. Customer Support Engineers are essential to the success of our Service Desk team. This is a full-time position based at our headquarters in Doha, Qatar

 

Responsibilities

 

  • First point of escalation for tickets raised by sales, partners, or customers.
  • Subject matter expert on all CLIENTS products and services.
  • Subject matter expert on all customer installation details.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Checks in with customer periodically to make sure CLIENTS exceeds customer’s expectations.

 

Required Qualifications:

 

  • 3+ years experience in a customer service role.
  • 3+ years experience in a technical or IT networking role.
  • 5+ years Security and Surveillance Industry Experience
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively verbally and in writing.
  • Passion for accuracy and attention to detail
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Technical Degree

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Bi-Lingual Arabic and English

 

 

Required Computer Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience in Operating System Platforms: Windows, Mac
  • Proficient and Certain Network Management/Monitoring applications

CLIENTS Doha Project Coordinators assist project managers in the design, coordination, and deployment of our hosted video projects around the globe. As the next Project Coordinator, you will assist on one of our hosted video deployments. This involves coordinating with our local sales teams and global support teams for designing competitive bids with the hindsight to stay within time and budget. You will also assist with coordination of organizing equipment and personnel resources internally and externally to ensure a successful deployment, while at the same time keeping associated documentation and project plans up to date. An individual who can multi-task on various aspects of a project, while managing multiple projects will be a match for this position. This is a full-time position and based at our headquarters in Doha, Qatar, but may require periods of local and international travel.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and maintaining relationships with vendors
  • Purchasing equipment for customers, demos, testing, and office use
  • Tracking and keeping inventory on equipment purchases
  • Creating Bill of Materials for quotes
  • Managing relationships with customers and partners
  • Provide Technical support for Partners
  • Conduct site walks for camera installations
  • Testing, Configuring, and installing equipment for deployments
  • Manage contractors for installation of equipment
  • Implement new camera activations
  • Respond to customer service issues (camera outages, replacing cameras, moving cameras)
  • Design and build integration projects
  • Put together and maintain demo equipment integrations.
  • Assist with project budgeting
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years Customer Service Experience
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively verbally and in writing.
  • Passion for accuracy and attention to detail
  • Familiarity of Security and Surveillance systems
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Working knowledge of Windows XP or better
  • Knowledge of fundamental networking concepts a plu

As the next CLIENTS Doha Applications Engineer, you will be the first technical point of contact for customers, partners, and sales. CLIENTS Doha Applications Engineers are expected to be subject matter experts on all CLIENTS products and services. Applications Engineers are essential to the success of our sales team and are an integral part of our growing team. This is a full-time position and based at our headquarters in Doha, Qatar, but will require some local and international travel.

 

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical assistance to sales and partners during customer conference calls and face-to-face customer meetings
  • Liaison between IT/Product Development and sales
  • Apply analytical skills and creativity to make our products and services work with customer applications
  • Assist sales in site walks and product demos in the field
  • Subject matter expert on all CLIENTS products and services in the field
  • Conduct customer and partner training on CLIENTS products and services when necessary
  • Customer Satisfaction: Checks in with customer periodically to make sure CLIENTS exceeds customers’ expectations

 

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years experience in a customer service role
  • At least 3 years experience in a sales support related role
  • 5+ years experience in a technical or IT networking role
