Salary: 5 lacs pa CTC
Strength: Microbial analysis & Food Analysis (Analytical methods) & Food preservation Food packaging material analysis & ISO 22000 & FSSAI Norms
Product verticals – Pickles, Instant food pastes, Spice mixes, pure spices, appalams, Vermicelli, rice sevai, Squashes, synthetic syrups, asafoeteda etc
Brief JD: –
QA Staffs allocation and Inplant training and proper monitoring,
TPUs and RM&PM Supplier evaluation,Provide appropriate training to TPUs
Coordination with TPUs with respect to quality and quantity of the raw fruit, production & testing related chemicals, report generation etc.
Carrying out relevant applicable activities as per the documented FSMS.
Corrective & Preventive action on customer complaints
Be in touch with legal standards, export standards of fruit products as required.
Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any microbiological Non-conformities related to final products.
Ensure proper quality of fruit supplied from the various approved suppliers.
Implementing FSMS manual containing – Hazard and Risk Analysis, HACCP plan, inspection and test plan, etc.
Maintaining performance as per quality management system.
Achieving and maintaining quality of finished products as per company’s specifications.
Monitoring all critical control points – critical limits – process parameters and maintaining records related to quality assurance department.
Approving the quality of ingredients and finished products, raw & packing materials incoming in the factory.
Handling Return goods & report sent to HO on timely schedules.
Coordinating the FSSAI& Pest control, ETP&STP activities.
Taking decision on product recall along with other members of the management.
Advice on disposal or reprocessing of in-process material or the finished products when standard specification is violated.
Rejection of any non conforming incoming material & finished product.
Authority to stop production line if situation is out of quality plan & processing standards.
Coordinate with Senior Manager Factory for Third Party Unit Operations
