As Product Manager, these roles would be responsible for achieving all business objectives of the Company from the Consumer Wellbeing (B2C)/ Corporate Wellbeing(B2B) business units – s/he will be responsible to achieve business goals and targets of the company from new and existing services and targeted directly to the end customer. DESCRIPTTION :
The specialist shall store, manage and track company documents. He shall scan, image, organize and maintain documents, adhering to the company’s document lifecycle procedures, and they archive inactive records in accordance with the records retention schedule. A large part of the job is to control the retrieval of documents. Document control specialists receive and process Requests for Information, or RFIs, from employees or clients and maintain the requests via tracking logs. As RFI procedures are updated, document control specialists create new templates. Sometimes they help project managers develop and maintain documents such as meeting minutes, drawings, specifications, approvals and related items. Periodically, document control specialists might be responsible for training employees on records management procedures and policies, which include documentation, retention, retrieval, destruction and disaster recovery. They also assist with file migrations and audits, and perform administrative tasks as needed.

Manage SQL Server databases through multiple product lifecycle environments, from development to mission-critical production systems.

Configure and maintain database servers and processes, including monitoring of system health and performance, to ensure high levels of performance, availability, and security.

Apply data modeling techniques to ensure development and implementation support efforts meet integration and performance expectations

Independently analyze, solve, and correct issues in real time, providing problem resolution end-to-end.

Refine and automate regular processes, track issues, and document changes

Assist developers with complex query tuning and schema refinement.

Provide 24×7 support for critical production systems.

Skill & Qualification

5+ years MS SQL Server Administration experience required

 

Experience with Performance Tuning and Optimization (PTO), using native monitoring and troubleshooting tools

Experience with backups, restores and recovery models

Knowledge of High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) options for SQL Server

Experience working with Windows server, including Active Directory

Excellent written and verbal communication

Flexible, team player, “get-it-done” personality

Ability to organize and plan work independently

Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment

Ability to multi-task and context-switch effectively between different activities and teams

MCTS, MCITP, and/or MVP certifications a plus

Job Description
1. Install, configure, and support an organization’s local area network (LAN), wide area network (WAN), and Internet system or a segment of a network system. Maintain network hardware and software. Monitor network to ensure network availability to all system users and perform necessary maintenance to support network availability. May supervise other network support and client server specialists and plan, coordinate, and implement network security measures.
2. The administrator works to ensure that the computer systems are kept working in an efficient manner. This can include fixing any issues with the design of the network, software and computers of the company’s computer systems. Maintaining these systems, answering questions, monitoring them and issuing upgrades are all duties a computer systems administrator performs to meet the computer needs of the company.
