Key Profile:

  • Role is extremely hands on and Executive Chef needs to be constantly engaged with his team .
  • Must come out of a five star hotel background and has worked as Executive Chef for a leading 5 star hotel in Middle East Market at least for 4 yrs
  • Manage efficiently a mix of fine dining outlets serving authentic cuisines from across the world
  • Will be expected to implement new and better culinary standards
