The goal will be to maximize Company sales on key projects.
|Education, training, experience:|
|8 years minimum experience in engineering, construction, or related technical field with 4 years minimum experience as a Field Engineer, Sales Engineer, Fire Protection Specialists, or Account Managers M preferred. Persons with eight years construction experience and engineering aptitude may also be considered.
Must have proven leadership skills.
Knowledge of construction methods and practices, including bid processes, change orders, estimating, scheduling, etc. required. Understands entire project team (architect, engineers, owners, PM’s, superintendents, inspectors, safety personnel, purchasing, etc) and how they fit together.
Understands and can coach selling skills to Account Managers. Must also be able to lead entire Company team through to completion of project.
Strong organizational skills: Must be able to organize multiple projects and track successes or lost opportunities we are having and bring this knowledge to the next project.
Good communication skills both oral and written.
Good computer skills: MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Power Point at a minimum.
