Co-ordinate with all the stake holders for effective and efficient delivery
Generating MIS reports & Handling Escalations.
Continuous process improvement plans, Knowledge sharing,etc.
Understanding and compliance of various Management System applicable & Implemented in the Organisation.
Meeting all the delivery related targets as set by the organization
To Provide Feasibile and cost effective solution for the customer requirement, within stipulated timelines.
Understanding the customer requirement and designing the solution with the best access method and equipment.
Work Experience Requirements
3 – 5 Yrs experience in Telecom Service Delivery Process
Prior People/ Client Management experience
Education & Technical / Professional Certificates
Bachelor in Engineering – Electronics or Electronics & Communications
ITIL foundation or better preferred
Basic knowledge of IP ( CCNA Preffered)
Telecom Service Delivery process knowledge
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
SDH, DWDM, MS VISO, MS Excel, MS Word
Siebel Order Management
(Like Job requires frequent travel, Willingness to work in shifts etc…)
